I’ll probably be carded this evening. I’m going to be a “token” Sr. Citizen later. Last night I was informed invited to be a Sr. Citizen today to get the 10% discount on all groceries at Fry’s.
I’ve not participated in this monthly event before. I’m invited today because the Sr. that usually goes shopping today is sick and can’t.
I’ve never been carded before. I bought my first bottle of something I would be carded for after the age of 50.
I might be old enough for the discount but only chronologically. Physically I only feel old enough for this discount about 2 days a month. I won’t say which two days those are

If you are over the age of 55, you can get a nice 10% discount at Fry’s on the first Wednesday of each month. If you aren’t 55 yet, then you will have to find a token Sr. to go with you. Why would anyone do that? Hum . . . I’ll have to get back to you on that.
